Five power modes.
11.5 hours per transmitter, 10.5 hours per receiver, extending to 48 hours total with the charging case. Five intelligent power-saving modes. The mobile-version case (71 g) ships with a USB-C mobile receiver instead of the standard receiver for smartphone-first workflows.

Need to know.
Should I upgrade from the original Mic Mini? +
Marginal for most users. Audio specs (48 kHz / 24-bit, 400 m range, 11.5 hr battery, 2-level NC) are unchanged. The meaningful additions are three voice tone presets, magnetic interchangeable faceplates, and cross-generation receiver compatibility with Mic 2, Mic 3, and the original Mic Mini. Worth it if you mix DJI mic generations on shoots, want on-device EQ without post-processing, or value the customisation. Skip if you are happy with your existing Mic Mini.
Standard Combo vs Mobile Combo — which should I pick? +
The 2 TX + 1 RX + Charging Case bundle pairs with cameras via 3.5 mm TRS and includes the standard receiver — the right pick if you shoot with a mirrorless or DSLR. The 1 TX + 1 Mobile RX + Charging Case version ships the USB-C mobile receiver instead — better for smartphone-first vloggers. Both bundles include both Obsidian Black and Glaze White faceplates. Standalone transmitters are also sold separately for adding a second TX to either bundle.
Does it work with my Osmo Pocket or Action camera? +
Yes, via DJI OsmoAudio direct connection — no receiver needed. Compatible devices include Osmo Pocket 3, Osmo 360, Osmo Nano, Osmo Action 6, and Osmo Action 5 Pro. Up to two transmitters can pair to a single device, with each recording as a separate channel.
Can I mix Mic Mini 2 with my older DJI Mic transmitters? +
Yes. The Mic Mini Receiver pairs with both Mic Mini and Mic Mini 2 transmitters. The Mic Series Mobile Receiver pairs with Mic Mini, Mic Mini 2, Mic 2, and Mic 3 transmitters in the same setup — useful for two-presenter shoots where one person already owns a Mic 2 or Mic 3 transmitter.
