The standard.
The Matrice 350 RTK is DJI's most-deployed enterprise drone in India — the proven platform for surveying, infrastructure inspection, public safety, and precision agriculture. 55-minute flight time, 5,000 m altitude ceiling, IP55 weather sealing, and six-direction obstacle sensing. RTK module gives centimetre-level positioning. Compatible with Zenmuse L1, L2, H20 series, and P1 payloads. If your team needs a drone that just works, mission after mission, this is it.
Six-direction
sensing.
The M350 uses six-direction binocular vision plus infrared sensing for comprehensive obstacle detection. Combined with the night-vision FPV camera, the platform stays aware in low light too — important for emergency response and twilight operations. The arm-lock indicator system also prevents take-off with unlocked arms, a small but meaningful change from the M300 that has eliminated a category of preventable accidents.
TB65.
400-cycle life.
The TB65 dual-battery system supports up to 400 charge cycles — meaningfully more than M300 batteries — bringing per-flight battery cost down significantly over the platform's life. Battery hot-swapping enables extended operations without powering down between flights. Self-heating circuitry keeps the M350 operational in cold environments down to -20°C, important for winter inspection work in northern India.
Zenmuse
ecosystem.
Native compatibility with Zenmuse L2 (LiDAR), L1 (LiDAR + RGB), H20 series (zoom + thermal), H30, H30T, P1 (45MP full-frame for photogrammetry), and third-party payloads via DJI Payload SDK. The single-gimbal connector takes 960 g; the third-gimbal mount accommodates heavier sensors. Cloud API integration extends data workflows directly into enterprise platforms — no manual ingestion required.
DJI RC Plus.
7" · 1,200 nits.
The DJI RC Plus controller ships with a 7.02-inch LCD touchscreen at 1,200 nits brightness — readable in direct sunlight, which the previous-generation Smart Controller struggled with. Built-in battery runs approximately 3.3 hours, with optional WB37 external battery for extended sessions. Operating temperature -20°C to 50°C matches the aircraft's environmental range, so the controller never becomes the limiting factor.

Need to know.
M350 or M400 — which to choose? +
Choose the M350 if your missions are well-defined inspection, mapping, or SAR work and budget matters. It's the proven, deployed-everywhere platform with mature payload support and a much lower cost than the M400. Choose the M400 if you need 6 kg payload, multi-sensor missions, ship-based operations, or operate near powerlines where the rotating LiDAR + mmWave radar matter. The M350 remains an excellent choice — the M400 is for teams pushing past M350 limits.
Can the M350 carry the LiDAR L2 for surveying? +
Yes — Zenmuse L2 is fully supported on the M350 and is one of the most common payload pairings for surveying, mining, and AEC work. The L2 integrates a LiDAR sensor with an RGB mapping camera, generating high-density point clouds with built-in colorisation. Combined with the M350's RTK module, you get centimetre-level absolute positioning in your point cloud — no ground control points needed for many workflows. Total flight time with L2 is approximately 41-45 minutes depending on conditions.
What's the IP55 rating mean for field use? +
IP55 means the M350 is protected against dust ingress (the first 5) and water jets from any direction (the second 5). In practical terms, you can fly in light to moderate rain, dust storms, and humid coastal conditions without weather-sealing the aircraft. We do not recommend operating in heavy rain or salt spray — the rating is not unlimited — but for routine fieldwork in monsoon or arid environments, the M350 is appropriately rugged.
Is the M350 DGCA-compliant? +
The M350 takes off at approximately 9.2 kg — DGCA Medium class. Requires Digital Sky registration (UIN), Remote Pilot Certificate (RPC) for the operator, and operations in green or yellow zones with appropriate clearances. Sold only to authorised entities per Indian regulation: defence, R&D, government, educational institutions, and licensed commercial operators. Our team handles registration and import documentation on every order.
Warranty and after-sales support +
1-year DJI manufacturer warranty on aircraft and DJI accessories. 7-day replacement on manufacturing defects. Optional DJI Care Enterprise covers crash and water damage with substantial deductibles waived. All servicing at our in-house facility in Sector 66 Gurgaon, including pilot training programs for first-time enterprise drone teams.
